Wyld’s Colorado facility partners with Compost Colorado (CoCo) as part of our goal to divert landfill waste. Founded in 2018, Compost Colorado collects compost, “completes the loop,” and connects everyone to an accessible gateway towards a more sustainable and regenerative future.

Their aim is to make composting mainstream and in the process support local, sustainable businesses, and causes. CoCo strives to make composting as easy, affordable, and available as possible – composting should be accessible and inclusive to all people.

“CoCo’s mission is to divert as much compostable waste as possible away from the landfill into nutrient-rich compost soil, and get folks excited about being part of one of the most accessible solutions for a sustainable future,” said Zach Price Compost Colorado’s Chief Business Development Officer. “CoCo’s commercial partner Wyld has done exactly this by diverting over 3,000lbs of compostable waste in just 3 months of partnership.”

As part of our partnership with Compost Colorado, Wyld’s Colorado employees have access to compost created in CoCo facilities for their home gardens, plus have access to training and discounted residential compost subscriptions!
